Simply put, Toni is AMAZING! She helped sell my 2 (TWO) homes in what amounted to 1 (ONE) day on the market combined. She's remarkable. Toni is extremely knowledgeable of the housing market, and knows what it takes to sell a home quickly and still get top dollar. It also doesn't hurt that she truly cares about her clients. Toni Danna strikes again!
It is ALWAYS a pleasure to do business Toni! Definitely not my first rodeo… This time I was on the opposite end of the deal. Toni helped me with the purchase of my beautiful Townhome 4 years ago and just recently we closed on the sale of it! Toni always answered all my texts and emails immediately and she made herself available when it was convenient for me. Not only is she knowledgeable about the market, but she is on top of her work which makes the process go so much more smoothly. Of course, we knew it wouldn’t be easy… She was faced with many challenges given that we are currently in a Pandemic and we planned on listing right before the Holidays… Crazy, I know! Needless to say, we were in contract in a snap, zero days on Market! Closed right before Christmas… Merry Christmas to us, and the new buyer of course! We were referred to Toni to show us a house we spotted on Zillow. That introduction proved to be very fortunate for us. We loved the house, and Toni did a great job navigating us to a successful position among multiple bidders. When our over-burdened lender notified us that they would not make our target closing date, Toni worked with all parties to facilitate a tight succession of events that allowed us to keep our dates for fumigation and move in. On a personal level, Toni is a lovely person and, it is a pleasure to spend time with her. Once we were under contract for the new house, Toni set speed records in helping us to get our condo on the market quickly. Her advice and contacts on how to stage and present the property were invaluable. She efficiently guided us through disclosures and scheduled inspections. Communication was always excellent. She facilitated a sale with multiple bidders within a week of listing, with a sale price well over the asking price. To top it off, she helped to get the transaction closed even before the target closing date.
